My dear squishys of the internet,

You will have to forgive me for not writing for so long! (I'm sorry, do you still love me?) I just have so much going on at the moment, with a-levels *twitches* and errrythang.

I will continue to write(rant) as much as I can, fear not, BUT it won't be as often as it was. So, as I am a lovely, thoughtful person (you said it, not me) I'm going to leave a little space in that column thing on the side, so that you can type in your email address(I won't spam you with lol cats, promise) and it will email you every-time I put up a new post.
Am I thoughtful or what?

Love you all.
Stay fabulous xo

Here's a picture of a happy owl, if that doesn't convince you, I don't know what will.

Hello again my dear readers,

You know, before I sat down to write this post, I thought to myself, 'should I workout?'.
I really should workout.
I really should workout.
I really should.................bacon??????????

So, instead of working out, I'm sitting here with my strawberry yoghurt (low fat don't ya know). But all is not lost dear readers, all is not lost. I have a lot to talk about today, don't you worry.

So, I was playing with my little cousin the other day and she had the cutest little mannequins, about the size of a barbie doll, and they come with loads of different materials. Basically, all you do is make little dresses and outfits out of these materials and belts and jewels and stickers and it was amazing.
Not going to lie to you, I was in my element.

I totally recommend these for any budding designers who don't have space for a full size mannequin! They're called Harumika dolls and here's the link to them on Amazon. (don't be fooled, your designs won't look as good as the picture's unless you're Alexander Wang or something...or just better than me...) I think they're such a good idea and I loved 'working' with them (I was playing with them with my 10 year old cousin.) and am pretty jealous that my mum gave them to her... hello???Where was mine??

Okay,moving swiftly on......................
So as some of you probably know, pink is the 'colour of the season' according to LFW,so here is my 'Ode To Pink' for all of us poor people who couldn't go to lfw but deserved to be front row.

At long last dear viewers, here is the much awaited draw my life, to celebrate my blog's first birthday!

Before you watch it, let me just say:

3) The camera quality and all that stuff isn't too good so don't cry.

and finally
 4) my life is incredibly boring, so it's kind of pointless you watching it, but hey.

ENJOY!

THE MONYTAIL

Ah, the infamous monytail (male ponytail), causing controversy everywhere it goes.
I thought monytails were for men who (excuse the stereotype) were slightly overweight, maybe a bit lonely, possibly still living with their parents ...but the new trend has proved that I was, um, wrong. You'll never hear me say that again. Ever.

Who rocks it better: Jared Leto

or

Orlando Bloom?

(Leave any comments below!)

Any who,
where do you stand in the whole monytail/monyfail (HAHAHHAHHAAH it literally took me a day to think of that one.) debate?

Why don't we take a look at the monytail hall of shame...
Not your best Becks.
Not going to lie to you I screamed a bit when I saw this one.
DRACO NO!!!!!!!
Shia Labeouf? More like Shia La(ok I didn't think I would get this far, but think of a name that is equally as witty and smart as monyfails...hehehe).

However, these guys know how to rock the monies:

Chris Hemsworth

Johnny can pull anything off, thats right, we're on first name basis, didn't you know?

Okay, other than those, I couldn't find many more monies I actually liked without puking a bit, BUT if you know of anyone who rocks the mony, inform me and maybe I won't be sick...

So, where do you stand?
Are you for the monytail revolution?
Or are you team monyfail?

Here are a few hair related pictures that made my day:

Typical Nicholas, ey. Whats he like?

the greatest inventions of 2013

Even though 2013 seems so far away (blurred lines came out about 46 weeks ago which is about 322 days...) as a little farewell to the year of the wrecking ball, the harlem shake and the birth of vine,I thought I would countdown some of the greatest inventions of 2013.

Here goes:

(Starting with 7 because new year new me, gotta be hipster.)
7)THE TANGLER TEASER-
Okay, yes this isn't strictly speaking fashion (if you want to get all technical) but if you have curly hair like me, you will truly understand the tears of joy I wept when I got my hands on one for the first time. If I were allowed to on the internet I would say they are the Jesus of hair brushes (but um I don't think I am). They are truly a christmas miracle.

6)THE RISE OF THE ONESIE-
Who doesn't want to feel like a baby again? Like a blanket and an outfit beautifully combined. Could be improved by adding a cup-holder and maybe heaters in the feet? (watch this space.)

5)MOUSTACHES-
I don't care what anyone says, moustaches are so cool. If I could, I would grow one so that I could twirl it in my fingers when I was thinking, with a whimsical look upon my face, and perhaps a pipe in my mouth. Probably should have been left off of every possible item of clothing imaginable, no more moustache t-shirts or rings please. Unless they're really jazzy. In that case, more I say! MORE!

4)THE REINCARNATION OF MILEY CYRUS
The all twerking, all licking all round sassy diva of 2013. This was truly her year and boy did she make an entrance (and a bit of a mess with that wrecking ball...). If that was just her entrance, I can't wait to see what else she has to shock us with. You go gurl.

3)FRILLY SOCKS-
So cute and chic. Can be added to any outfit be it girly or grunge and so handy in every colour. Good job Topshop. I bow down before you.

2)THICK EYEBROWS-
Inspired by Cara, thick, dark eyebrows were a great trend for those of us with darker hair, saving many lots of money on getting them threaded. (good all round). They look great for all hair and skin colours, and so, in my opinion an all round winner.

1)FUR COATS-
Obviously FAUX fur, so Chelsea girl chic, or the rich girl look, and so squishy and warm. A coat which is both squishy and fabulous, what more could you want?

Not forgetting the other great inventions of 2013:
-the royal baby
-Finding out what the fox says, thanks Ylvis.
-A guy named Smaug
-The 'AINT NOBODY GOT TIME FO DAT' meme, hehe.

And of course, the birth of a hilariously gripping yet entertaining, literary masterpiece that is this blog.
Thank-you to all of my wonderful readers for all the support.
I love you all.
Stay fabulous xo

 Happy new year!
